How Much Does It Cost?

The tuition includes Trainer Certification, a Trainer Manual for each trainer, a Trainer Resource CD and permission to copy it for student workbooks. The Trainer Resource CD contains everything you need to provide your staff training including PowerPoint presentations. There are NO FEES paid to The Mandt System® for staff trained within your company. The Mandt System Programs® can help you achieve your business goals by improving your return on investment. Class size is limited.

Attendance for all Advance training is ( MTWThF )

You must be certified as a Technical Level trainer, and have taught to the Technical Level twice before continuing to the Advanced Level training.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be in writing via email to registrar@mandtsystem.com. Attempts to cancel by phone will be redirected to email.

Cancellations made 15 or more calendar days before the event commences are fully refundable.

Cancellations made 14 calendar days or less or payments for individuals who fail to attend the event are not refundable and are the full responsibility of the registered facility.

Cancellations of a training event by The Mandt System, Inc. will be fully refunded or at the request of the customer the payment will be applied to a future training event.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the written cancellation.

Please note All past due accounts may be subject to interest (18%) on the unpaid balance.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

A substitute participant may be sent in place of the cancelling trainee, or the participant may transfer to another event within one year of the commencement date of the original event. If payment has already been received by the Accounts Manager, the entity shall be issued a credit voucher valid for one year from the commencement date of the original event.
