Course Description
The Enhanced Safety program is designed to meet the unique challenges and needs of the organization that cannot be covered by our lower levels of training. The course specifics are determined by a training needs assessment and supported by organization data. We then craft an evidence-based, bespoke training program specific to the organization.
Requirements & Costs
Organization must have at least one Advanced instructor. The cost to train a maximum of 10 instructors is a flat fee of $2,500 plus travel expenses. Additional development charges may also apply. Instructors and staff are certified for one year.

Organizations that deal with aggression and violence at a level beyond what the Advanced Course is able to cover.

Yes. We will require at a minimum of the last six months of restraint data. All data is kept confidential.
The enhanced safety techniques come with a higher risk and therefore must be reviewed annually instead of bi-annually for the safety of all involved.
There are no “open” enhanced safety courses. All courses are developed through a needs assessment and done on site for the approved organization.
